Dry roast all the above ingredients in a pan on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Once they get dark colour transfer to a plate and let it cool. Grind into a fine powder and store in a airtight jar.

In a pressure cooker add oil, onion, salt and sauté it till golden brown. Now add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and stir fry it. Add chopped tomatoes, Desi murgi Kadaknath chicken and roast it for 5-7 minutes in oil. Then add prepared masala, green chillies, chilli powder, water and mix it well. Pressure cook the chicken for 3-4 whistles on medium flame. In the last adjust salt, add coriander leaves.
